Their original locations were actually redone urban factories and warehouses. (At the time they called themselves &quot;The Old Spaghetti Warehouse&quot; until they were sued by the similarly named and conceived &quot;Old Spaghetti Factory&quot;.) That name change didn&#039;t stop them from building new stores to look like they were old warehouses, and even including fake &quot;dining cars&quot;.</description>
